Q:

What happens if my bouquet can’t be delivered to my pickup location?

A:

In the event of market cancellation, inclement weather, illness or other barrier that doesn’t allow us to deliver your bouquet you will receive a refund for that week of your monthly subscription, or a full refund for your individual bouquet purchase.

Q:

What is your return policy?

A:

Our flowers are guaranteed to be fresh and healthy.  We are not responsible for neglect or improper care after they leave our possession.

Q:

How long will my flowers last?

A:

Check the expected vase life of each flower variety listed in the bouquet description for that week.  We will include flower food with bouquets.

Q:

Can I cancel my order?

A:

Monthly subscription members must give 2 days advance notice before their pickup date in order to receive a refund for that week.  Individual bouquet sales are final.
